Terms & Conditions — dbagee Platform Rules

Access to and use of the dbagee platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. dbagee reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be held by an ineligible individual.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service on dbagee. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their accounts immediately closed and all balances (including any winnings) will be forfeited. dbagee takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs age-verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Residency: dbagee primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with any applicable local laws or regulations in their place of residence. dbagee makes no representation that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

Single Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one registered account on dbagee. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Capacity: You confirm that you are of sound mind and have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are subject to self-exclusion orders, either voluntarily activated through their own dbagee account settings or applied by the platform at its discretion, are not permitted to access the platform during the period of their exclusion.

All financial transactions on the dbagee platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and refunds — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dbagee does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transfer charges in accordance with their published fee schedules.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. dbagee will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account in the player's own name. Withdrawals cannot be sent to third-party accounts under any circumstances. dbagee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request above ৳20,000.

Dormant Account Policy: An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. dbagee reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance deduction from the balance of dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold has been reached. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction being applied.

Declined Transactions: dbagee is not liable for deposits that are declined or delayed by your mobile financial service provider or card network. If a deposit does not reflect in your account balance within 30 minutes, please contact the support team with your transaction reference number for investigation.

All bets placed on the dbagee platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific or game-specific rule, the more specific rule shall prevail.

Cricket Betting: dbagee offers betting markets on all major international and domestic cricket competitions, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, ICC World Test Championship, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. Odds are subject to change at any time before a market is suspended. Bets placed before a market suspension are honoured at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted and confirmed. In-play betting markets are offered subject to data availability and may be suspended at any time due to technical or operational constraints.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by dbagee in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time for settlement; the bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; the outcome cannot be determined within a reasonable timeframe; or there is credible evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation. Void bets will have their original stake returned to the player's account.

Casino & RNG Games: All casino games, slot titles, and RNG-based table games on dbagee use certified Random Number Generator technology supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. The outcomes of all such games are entirely random and statistically independent of all previous and future rounds. dbagee does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Maximum Win Limits: dbagee may apply maximum win caps on individual games or across specific promotional periods. Where applicable, these caps will be communicated via the game interface, the promotion terms, or the game provider's own published rules.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the permanent closure of their dbagee account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, the account will be deactivated and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

Platform-Initiated Closure: dbagee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; evidence of fraud or money laundering; chargebacks or disputed transactions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or any activity that dbagee determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair gaming.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may activate a self-exclusion period directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion options range from a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours to a permanent exclusion from the platform. During an active self-exclusion, the player's account will be inaccessible and all marketing communications will be suspended. Re-activation after a temporary self-exclusion requires a deliberate opt-in and a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off confirmation period. dbagee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or data loss at all times.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, dbagee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings resulting from a service outage; inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance; errors in displayed odds or game outcomes that are subsequently corrected; or loss of data resulting from a technical failure beyond dbagee's reasonable control.

Force Majeure: dbagee shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or widespread internet outages affecting Bangladesh.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law to the extent permitted in the jurisdiction in which the player is located.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and dbagee regarding any aspect of your account, a transaction, a game outcome, or these Terms, you should first contact the dbagee support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of your complaint. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. dbagee is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and in good faith.

Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support review, you may request that your complaint be escalated to a senior member of the dbagee compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days and a final written decision will be communicated to you by email.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
